Wilson Bank & Trust Oktoberfest Sweepstakes

A $500 MasterCard gift card will be given away by October 30, 2024. Entries can be made at Wilson Bank & Trust’s Oktoberfest between Saturday, October 19, 2024 and Sunday, October 20, 2024.

1. No purchase or obligation necessary to win.

2. To enter: Any person age 18 or older can register at Wilson Bank & Trust’s Oktoberfest event between Saturday, October 19, 2024 and Sunday, October, 20, 2024.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all persons 18 years or older. Sweepstakes winners need not be customer of Wilson Bank & Trust. No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and to accept the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust as final in all respects. For prizes valued at $600.00 or over, winner agrees to provide Wilson Bank & Trust with a signed IRS Form W-9 as a condition precedent to accepting prize and agrees that Wilson Bank & Trust may use the IRS Form W-9 to send winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize.

4. Prizes: One recipient will be chosen among eligible entries.

5. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Applicable Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds: Odds of being a sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winners will be drawn from the eligible entries on October 30, 2024. If a winner cannot be reached or if a winner does not want his/her prize by October 31, 2024 at 4 pm by means of the contact information provided on the entry form the prize will be forfeited and there will be another drawing for a winner to be selected from the eligible entries.

8. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.) these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust, which shall be final in all respects; b.) release, discharge and hold harmless Wilson Bank & Trust, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising, social media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.

9. Limitations of Liability: Wilson Bank & Trust is not responsible for the printing of or any typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Wilson Bank &Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes as determined by Wilson Bank & Trust in its sole discretion.
