Official Sweepstakes Rules-Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair Ticket Giveaway-Facebook Social Media Promotion

Promotion Details: Three (3) sets of four (4) admission tickets to the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair (“Fair”) and One (1) set of four (4) Mega Tickets will be given away via a Facebook (www.Facebook.com) social media promotion beginning on July 29, 2026. Entries can be made by commenting favorite US landmark answers on Wilson Bank & Trust’s Fair post on Facebook on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and/or by commenting fair food answers on Wilson Bank & Trust’s Fair post on Facebook on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Four (4) winners from eligible entries will be drawn at 12 PM sharp on Friday, July 31, 2026.

No purchase or obligation necessary to win.
To enter: Any person age 18 or older can enter by commenting favorite US landmark answers on Wilson Bank & Trust’s Fair post on Facebook on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, or by commenting fair food answers on Wilson Bank & Trust’s Fair post on Facebook on Thursday, July 30, 2026. One entry is allowed per person per day (July 29 and July 30) for a limit of two entries total per person for the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all persons 18 years or older. Sweepstakes winners need not be customer of Wilson Bank & Trust. No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and to accept the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust as final in all respects.
Prize: Three (3) sets of four (4) admission tickets to the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair (“Fair”) will be awarded to answering fair food answers on post from Wednesday, July 29 and One (1) set of four (4) Mega Tickets will be awarded to answering favorite US landmark answers on post from Thursday, July 30. Four sets of tickets will be given away in total.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Applicable Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: Odds of being a Sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winners will be drawn from the eligible entries on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 12:00 pm CST.^. If a winner cannot be reached or if a winner does not want his/her prize by Monday, August 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm by means of a direct Facebook message or Facebook comment. The prize will be forfeited and there will be another drawing for a winner to be selected from the eligible entries.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.) these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust, which shall be final in all respects; b.) release, discharge and hold harmless Wilson Bank & Trust, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising, social media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.
Limitations of Liability: Wilson Bank & Trust is not responsible for the printing of or any typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Wilson Bank &Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes as determined by Wilson Bank & Trust in its sole discretion.
