John McDearman

After joining Wilson Bank in 1998, John worked as a commercial lender and then a branch manager. He later returned to the Main Office in a lending role, and eventually served as a regional president before succeeding Elmer Richerson as president in 2018 and Randall Clemons as CEO in 2020.

Following her retirement in 2024, Lisa was invited to hold a position on WBT's Board of Directors. Lisa was one of the founding members of WBT, the bank's first CFO, and served for 37 years in leadership before retiring. She brings valuable experience as a former executive and is a community leader that is actively involved in a number of community activities.

Elmer remained on the Board in 2018 after serving as the bank's President. He brings experience as a banker and is a valued community leader who is actively involved
in a number of community organizations. His extensive knowledge of the Bank’s history allows him to provide the Board of Directors with company-specific experience and expertise.
